     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider the rezoning of property owned by Gary Flowers. Property is 1.03+/- acres located south of County Road 12 South and west of HWY 59.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
