WHEREAS, the 2008 1565 Front Mount Mower #07017, Serial # TC1565D070266 was declared Surplus and disposal of same was authorized in Resolution No. 13-0249 on April 1, 2013, and
WHEREAS, the same Mower is now needed as a spare in the Street Department.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the amendment of Resolution No. 13-0249, and reverses the status of the 2008 1565 Front Mount Mower #07017, Serial # TC1565D070266, from Surplus to Active Asset for the use of the Street Department as a Spare.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
