WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent serves as the awarding authority of the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, and is authorized to make award of bid, and
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent presented the City Council with the attached list of contracts and purchases she awarded during the month of December, 2025.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: The contracts and purchases identified on the attached exhibit are hereby ratified and approved.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
