Jack Kitaif with the JMK Rodeo is renting the Foley Horse Arena to host a rodeo 6/2/21 - 6/6/21. He has stated that the event will be a Professional Rodeo cowboys Association (PRCA) sanctioned event. They will have bull riding, roping bucking horses, etc. Expected attendance 300+. The PRCA garnishes corporate sponsors and Pendleton Whiskey is the sponsor they are requesting access for . They brew spirits (whisky) and are based out of Pendleton, Oregon. Pendleton Whiskey has taken a huge interest in this Foley event. As a sponsor they will adhere to local ordinances so they will customize their advertisement according to our local laws. They are requesting permission to sell alcohol at this event.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Allow Jack Kitaif and JMK Rodeo permission to sell alcohol during the JMK Rodeo event being held at the Foley Horse Arena 6/2/21 - 6/6/21.
