                     WHEREAS, Bhavis Real Estate Holdings, LLC is no loner interested in purchasing Lots 3 & 4 consisting of 5.18 +/- acres and located at the Wilson Pecan property.

 

 

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:                     Recinds Resolution No. 16-1244. 

     SECTION 2:                     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
