WHEREAS, Volkert Inc.'s Comprehensive Master Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan Agreement was passed by the City Council of the City of Foley by Resolution Number 4632-11 on September 6, 2011 and said agreement was executed on September 9, 2011, and
WHEREAS, there is a need to extend the time to September 9, 2014.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: A time extension has been approved for Volkert Inc.'s Master Agreement until September 9, 2014.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
