WHEREAS, Resolution #14-0044 accepted the USDA's Rural Business Enterprise Grant (RBEG) for $!00,000 for equipment and the city feels that it would be a good use of grant funds to purchase aggregation equipment.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Approves General Government going to bid for produce grading equipment under Expense Account 12-665-7335 and appropriates up to $350 for bid related expenses.
      SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
