WHEREAS, the City of Foley entered into an agreement with Volkert, Inc. on April 17, 2015 to provide all necessary professional services associated with improvements to the Foley Municipal Airport, and,
WHEREAS, it was determined by a recent stormwater drainage study that there are improvements to structures that have been identified as "Critical" and "Needs Improvement" that need to be addressed to ensure airport operations are not impacted.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
