WHEREAS, Adrian Hill and Golden Knight General Konstruction is requesting the use of the Heritage Park and Pavilion on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm for their Alzheimer's Remembrance Walk fundraiser, and
WHEREAS, they are planning to have tables and chairs set up under the gazebo along with a small sound system. There will be a pot luck lunch after the walk, and
WHEREAS, they are requesting all fees to be waived.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion as requested by Adrian Hill and Golden Knight General Konstruction on Saturday, October 5, 2024.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
