WHEREAS, Hatch Mott MacDonald submitted a quote in the amount of $10,400 for Surverying Tasks 1 and 2. However, Resolution 13-0540 approved Surverying Task 1 in the amount of $5,200.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts Hatch Mott MacDonald's quote in the amount of $5,200 for Surverying Task 2 for the Peavey Building ALTA Survery and appropriates funds to Peavey Building Improvement Account 12-665-7334, Q85, ALTA
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
