The actual event will be open to the public from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Soup-Off Fundraiser for Shmily Pack to be held on December 14, 2013 from 8:00 a.m until 3:00 p.m. at the Coastal Alabama Farmers & Fishermens Market outside the the market structure.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
