Council approved a total amount of $7,700 for the survey however, Resolution 13-0517 states the survey amount of $5,500 and Environmental Phase I amount of $2,500, which totals $8,000. The amount for the survey must be amended to $5,200 to equal the approved amount of $7,700.

WHEREAS, during Council meeting of October 7, 2013, Council approved Resolution 13-0517 accepting the quote from Hatch Mott MacDonald for the ALTA survey, and
WHEREAS, Council approved a total amount of $7,700 for the survey however, Resolution 13-0517 states the survey amount of $5,500 and Environmental Phase I amount of $2,500, which totals $8,000, and
WHEREAS, thehe amount for the survey must be amended to $5,200 to equal the approved amount of $7,700.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Resolution 13-0517 to state the survey amount of $5, 200 and Environmental Phase I amount of $2,500 to equal a total amount of $7, 700.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
