NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, believes that a sponsorship for the Ronald McDonald House's Rubber Ducky Regatta charity event is a useful public purpose of public funds and approves the expenditure of $500.00 and amends Account 100-1011-6052 accordingly. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
