WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has determined a useful and eligible purpose for cash held in the Federal Forfeiture Checking Account that is restricted for specific police operations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $8,298.00 to the Small Tools Account 1-608-5010 that will be purchased using cash held in the Federal Forfeiture Checking Account.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
