WHEREAS, the Public Works Director is requesting to procure two full size half ton 4x2 crew cab pickup trucks in accordance with State and Local Laws, and
WHEREAS, there is $22,500 budgeted in Street Capital Account 01-607-7010 and $22,500 budgeted in Sanitation Capital Account 01-610-7010.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the procurement of two full size half ton 4x2 crew cab pickups for the Street and Sanitation Departments budgeted under account 01-607-7010 and 01-610-7010, not to exceed $22,500 each.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
