NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

SECTION 1:       Approves the roof addition and repainting of the clock tower by The Verdin Company for a total of $39,000 and appropriates the funds under Account No. 28-600-7120 CEN DOP.

SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
