     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Seta a public hearing to consider the rezoning of 9.14+/- acres of property for the Foley Professional Park from PO (Preferred Office) and B1A ( Extended Business District) to PUD (Planned Unit Development)

The property is located south of East Peachtree Ave. and east of North McKenzie Street.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
