WHEREAS, a need exists for plans to renovate the existing building on Wilson Pecan property for a proposed tenant, and
WHEREAS, McCollough Architecture, Inc. has submitted a quote in the amount of $25,000 to draw up plans.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:       Approves the expenditure of $25,000 from United Bank- Line of Credit.
SECTION 2:      Accepts McCollough Architect, Inc.'s quote in the amount of $25,000.
SECTION 3:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
