WHEREAS, during the regular scheduled Council Meeting of November 3, 2025 RES #25-1385 A Resolution Declaring Two Trucks as Surplus in the Parks and Recreation Department was adopted on, and
WHEREAS, Street Department requests to amend RES #25-1385 to revoke the surplus of a 2003 Ford F-250, VIN 1FTNF21S23EB69511 (FAS# 5472) , and
WHEREAS, Street Department requests to utilize this vehicle .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the amending of RES #25-1385 A Resolution Declaring Two Trucks as Surplus in the Parks and Recreation Department that was adopted on November 3, 2025.
SECTION 2: Approves to revoke the surplus of a 2003 Ford F-250, VIN 1FTNF21S23EB69511 (FAS# 5472).
SECTION 3: Approves Street Department utilizing this vehicle.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
