NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves a resolution to negotiate a lease agreement with Woerner/Bon Secour Valley Ingredient LLC. and to move forward on the needed Peavey building changes contingent upon the protections in the lease and CAFFM Board agreement.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
