WHEREAS, The Police Department is in need of additional firearms, which were approved under enabline Resolution 5100-12 and the purchase was not able to be finalized by September 30, 2012, and
WHEREAS. the Police Department is requesting this can be made in the Fiscal 13 Budget.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends the FY13 Small Tools Account No. 01-608-5010 by $4,670.00. This purchase shall be made from the Federal Forfeiture checking account.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
