WHEREAS, Landers McLarty Dodge Chrylser Jeep Ram submitted the lowest responsible bid in the amount of $23,793.00, and,
WHEREAS, $23,000.00 was approved in the FY14 budget for the purchase of this vehicle and the bid received was $793.00 above the budgeted amount.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates an additional $793.00 to Account No. 01-615-7010.
SECTION 2: Accepts the lowest responsible bid in the amount of $23,793.00 submitted by Landers McLarty Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for Community Development as budgeted under Account No. 01-615-7010.
