WHEREAS, The Beautification Board requests to transfer budgeted funds from the Capital Account to the Small Tools account for the purchase of statues because of the change in the City's policy for the minimum amount of a Capital Purchase.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Transfers $5,000 from Beautification Board Capital Purchases Account 01-619-7010 to Beautification Board Small Tools Account 01-619-5010 and amends the budget accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
