WHEREAS, the City of Foley needs two mowers for the sports complex, and
WHEREAS, the mowers are budgeted under account 01-622-7010 for $19,000.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of two 60 inch rotary mowers in the amount of $18,600 from Capital Purchase Account 01-622-7010.
SECTION 2: The purchase will be made from the 2014 G.O. Proceeds.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
