WHEREAS, Foley Police Department and Federal Bureau of Investigation(FBI), Mobile Safe Streets Task Force (MSSTF) have entered into an agreement to reimburse overtime payments and fringe benefits to the Foley Police Department. As set forth in the attached Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Mobile Safe Streets Task Force (MSSTF).
