WHEREAS, Resolution #13-0465 authorized inactivating one budgeted, vacant slot in position job code #1645 (Detective) and replaced it with one School Resource Officer (position code #1646), and
WHEREAS, The Chief of Police wishes to extend this arrangement for an additional year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes extending Resolution #13-0465, a School Resource Officer, for one additional year.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
