WHEREAS, There is a need for additional lighting along Orange Avenue and Alston Street, and
WHEREAS, we are also continuing the Halo Lights in front of the library, and
WHEREAS, Hellmich Electric has provided a proposal for the installation of Halo Tree Lighting on three trees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the proposal from Hellmich Electric and appropriate $67,567 under Account # 400-3020-5176 Outdoor Decorative Lighting.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
