WHEREAS, Resolution # 13-0308 approved an application for ALDOT's FY2013 Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) for bicycle facilities along the Foley Beach Express and County Road 12, and
WHEREAS, the application was approved for $334,920.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Accepts the $334,920.00 TAP funding offered by ALDOT under Revenue Account No. 12-5824 Q64 TAP and approves the City's match of $83,730 for a total estimated project cost of $418,650.00 under Project Account 12-665-7281 Q64 CONST.
SECTION 2:      Accepts Volkert's Task Agreement #16 for the Foley Beach Express and County Road 12 Bicycle Facilities related to the TAP fund which is included in the total estimated project cost.
SECTION 3:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
