WHEREAS, Resolution # 14-0141 granted permission for General Government going to bid for three (3) 10' ceiling fans for the CAFFM but there has been a quote submitted under the $15,000 bid law requirement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Resolution # 14-0141 Section 1 to purchase three (3) 10' ceiling fans for the CAFFM for $14,975.00 from MCS Contracting under USDA Grant Expense Account #12-665-7335.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
