WHEREAS, due to the record rain event of April 29, 2014, FEMA Event #4176-DR-AL, there is a need for repairs to the culvert wing wall located on the Foley Beach Express between the bridge over Sandy Creek and U.S. Highway 98, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has solicited a proposal from for services related to these repairs.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves ________ in the amount of $_____ for repairs to the culvert wing wall located in the area above, amending Account No. 01-660-8300 accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
