Summary
Request to use existing Public Relations budget funds to purchase a silver sponsorship in the amount of $1,000 for the Legislative Tourism Bash to be held Tuesday, April 14, from 5 - 8 pm in Montgomery, Alabama.  This event serves as the primary fund-raiser for the Alabama Tourism Partnership, who work year round to promote the interests of the Tourism Industry in the state.

WHEREAS, The Marketing Department requests to use existing Public Relations budget funds to purchase a silver sponsorship for the Legislative Bash to be held Tuesday, April 14, in Montgomery, Alabama.  
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Approves the purchase of a silver sponsorship for the Tourism Bash in the amount of $1,000 and approves using existing budget funds from Public Relations Account No. 01-625-8110 in support of the action.
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
