In order to accommodate the growth of the City, there is a need to initiate some changes to certain positions in the Police Department - upgrade one position from a corporal to a sergeant, re-title and modify the job description of a corporal position in the Criminal Investigations Division, and convert a Patrol Officer to a School Resource Officer. These actions are budget neutral.
