NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of four (4) lamp posts and four (4) LED fixtures to be installed at the overflow parking/dog park from Irby for $9,572.00 and appropriates the funds under Capital Account No. 12-665-7333.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
