A Resolution Approving to Modify the Performance Contracts with Baldwin County Board of Education for Foley High School Athletics
Summary
Council approved two sponsorships within the FY26 budget to assist with the athletic programs at Foley High School. Due to a staffing change, the current contracts need to be modified. Staff recommends moving forward with those changes, modifying the budget as requested and authorizing the Mayor to execute the new performance contracts once finalized with Baldwin County Board of Education and Foley High School staff.
