WHEREAS, Foley Society of Black Hats is requesting the temporary street closure of West Jessamine Street between North McKenzie Street and North Alston Street from 3:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. on October 26, 2019 for the 2nd Annual Witches Ride, a fundraising event to benefit South Baldwin Student Backpack Feeding Program and Family Promise, and
WHEREAS, Foley Society of Black Hats is requesting the use of two lights from the Foley Fire Department.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the temporary street closure of West Jessamine Street between North McKenzie Street and North Alston Street from 3:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. on October 26, 2019.
SECTION 2: Approves the use of two lights from the Foley Fire Department.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
