WHEREAS, the Street Department has a 2007 4X2 Gator #07014, Serial #W04X2XD01308, that is no longer needed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares the 2007 4X2 Gator #07014, Serial #W04X2XD01308, to be surplus and authorizes the disposal of same on GovDeals.com.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
