NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Sets a public hearing to consider the rezoning of property owned by Foley Professional Park Developer, Inc from R-1A (Residential Single Family), B-1A (Extended Business District) and M-1 (Light Industrial District) to PO (Preferred Office District). Property is 7+/- acres located east of North McKenzie Street and south of East Peachtree Ave.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
