WHEREAS, Resolution 14-0399-RES was submitted to approve E-J Builders Inc.'s change order #2 in the amount of $1,532.40, and,
WHEREAS, Resolution 14-0399-RES referenced change order #1 and erroneously stated that the amount for change order #1 was $1,672.00; however, the total amount for Change Order #1 was $19,763.84 which was approved by Resolution 14-0235-RES.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Resolution 14-0399-RES to reflect that Change Order #1 was in the amount of $19,764.00 and the total project cost is $149,177.40.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
