     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider the rezoning of property owned by 68V RIVERSIDE 2022 LLC from M-1 (Light Industrial District) to R-1D (Residential Single Family).

Property is 1.26+/- acres located east of County Road 65 and south of Pencarro Blvd.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
