WHEREAS, Resolution # 5094-12 approved the purchase of step-down transformers to enable the future use of newer 120 volt LED Christmas decorations on cobra poles that have 240 voltage,
WHEREAS, a solution has been identified to mount and wire the step-down transformers to the newer decorations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Hellmich Electric to mount and wire the step-down transformers to the newer 120 volt LED cobra pole decorations for no more than $2,500 under Account # 01-619-7100 (Cobra light pole decorations). This is a budgeted item.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
