Darrell Russell, Public Works Superintendent, requests permission to purchase a new 2017 Mini Excavator (CAT 303.5e2) from Thompson CAT for $49,890.00. It was budgeted for $50,000.00 under Acct# 01-607-7010. This is an addition. The new Mini Excavator would greatly increase our ability properly handle new constructions and maintain/make repair existing City's streets/ditches/right-of-ways.
