Seeking permission to replace one Police Vehicle lost during the April flooding. All paperwork has been submitted to FEMA/AEMA for possible reimbursement of approx. 87.5%.
Permission to purchase one vehicle off state bid and the needed emergency equipment to outfit the vehicle for Police service. We are requesting the below listed items and to purchase from the stated venders per previous bidding where needed and sole provider as needed.
1 (one) 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe from Donohoo Chevrolet (state bid) for $30,374.24
Emergency equipment from Firehouse Sale and Service Inc. (per lastest bid) $4,710.28
1 (one) two way radio from Hurricane Electronics (sole source) $ 745.91
TOTAL REQUEST $35,830.43
