WHEREAS, after 13.5 years of service with the City of Foley Police Department, Chief David Wilson will be retiring on September 1, 2020, and
WHEREAS, Deputy Police Chief Thurston Bullock shall be appointed as the City of Foley Police Chief effective September 1, 2020.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council at its regular scheduled meeting on August 17, 2020, that Thurston Phelps Bullock is hereby appointed as Police Chief for the City of Foley effective September 1, 2020 for a term that runs concurrent with the present administration’s term.
