Summary

AL Operation Lifesaver has requested the use of the Heritage Park and Pavilion on June 13, 2019 from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm for Rail Safety Day.  The purpose of the event is to provide railroad safety information. They will also have popcorn and an inflatable for the kids.

WHEREAS, AL Operation Lifesaver has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on June 13, 2019 from 9:00 am until 3:30 pm for their Rail Safety Day.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 SECTION 1:                     Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by AL Operation Lifesaver on June 13, 2019.
