Description of Topic: (who, what, where, when, why and how much) Resolution 25-1439 approved Thompson Engineering's Professional Services Proposal for the Foley Beach Express Industrial Park Access Roads. ALDOT submitted plan review comments indicating acceleration lanes and extending turn lanes will be required along Foley Beach Express (AL 161). Thompson Engineering will also provide additional surveying and engineering design services to incorporate additional improvements requested by ALDOT to permit the project. To complete the ALDOT permit for work in their right of way, we need to amend Thompson Engineering's contract.
