Body
WHEREAS, the City desires to purchase approximately 11,500 square feet of real property located on Highway 98 to be used as storage space.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:       Authorizes the Mayor to negotiate a purchase price of $150,000 plus closing costs to purchase approximately 11,500 square feet of real property located on Highway 98.
SECTION 2:      Appropriates $150,000 plus the closing costs to Account No. 12-665-7339 in support of this action.
SECTION 3:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
