WHEREAS, the City of Foley needs two sets of new soccer goals for the upcoming season.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of two sets of soccer goals in the amount of $3200 budgeted under account 01-622-7010.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
