WHEREAS, Several attempts have been made by Recreation Staff to collect balances on two non-sufficient fund checks totaling $40.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves writing-off $40 in uncollectable non-sufficient fund balances and amends the Basketball Program Misc. Expense account 05-656-8990.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
