Approve Library Collection Evaluation Policy
Summary
In an effort to update the City of Foley Public Library Policy Manual we ask that the Foley City Council approve the attached City of Foley Public Library Collection Evaluation Policy. The policy highlights the means by which the Library weeds and retains materials in its collection. Also included is a "Patron Request for Reconsideration of Materials" form which offers the opportunity for input from Library patrons. The attached policy was previously approved by the Library Advisory Board in a meeting on January 19, 2016.
