NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, believes that a sponsorship for the Annual Stan Mahoney Jr. Memorial Fishing Touranment is a useful public purpose of public funds and approves the expenditure of $300 and amends Account 100-5060-6051-Advertising/Marketing accordingly. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
